Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the description. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
3. Refund Approval and Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Personalized or customized products cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
